Stayed here twice now with my husband. Wonderful, comfortable rooms, spacious beds and well equipped bathrooms. Lots of comforts like hairdryer, toiletries, refrigerator and safe facilities. Views of Thames and O2 arena. Helpful staff and knowledgeable. Ten minute walk from underground (Canary Wharf) and local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel, the reception staff were welcoming and friendly at all times, thank you Niki and team. The reception area has a real wow factor and the hotel smells beautiful everywhere. Lovely view of the o2 from the premium river view room including an amazing bath tub and overhead shower. 10/10 for the bed, only let down in the room were a few stains and the chairs were pretty and old and uncomfortable. The spa and gym were enjoyable we left feeling very zen. Breakfast was well worth the price, and staff were lovely also. You will need to get a cab or walk from the nearest station

I recently had an excellent stay at the Radisson Blu New Providence Wharf in London. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception were incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The management went above and beyond by organizing a special surprise in my room to celebrate my birthday, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room itself was very comfortable and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The food at the hotel was great and reasonably priced, offering a pleasant dining experience. The breakfast, although delicious, featured the same spread every day; a bit more variety would have been appreciated. Commuting was relatively convenient, with a 15-minute walk to the nearest Tube station and a bus stop located much closer to the hotel. While the majority of the staff were polite and helpful, I did encounter a few staff members at the breakfast restaurant, including the manager at the front desk, who were a bit rude. Despite this, most of the team made our stay enjoyable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would like to extend my thanks to the team at Radisson Blu New Providence Wharf for a great stay.
