    I recently stayed at the Radisson Canary Wharf and had a genuinely great experience. The hospitality stood out from the moment I arrived — warm, attentive, and professional. The staff made everything easy and comfortable, but what really made the stay memorable was Roman. He went out of his way to help with every detail, always with a friendly smile and a great attitude. It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency with genuine care like that. Overall, an excellent stay — clean rooms, great location, and top-notch service. Would definitely recommend it and return again.

    We were served by Afsana and Roman at reception. They were very welcoming. Afsana’s hospitality and kind gesture made us feel very comfortable and homely. She made sure we had no issues during the whole stay. Entire experience with this hotel has been amazing. We will highly recommend to friends & family.

    I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu in Canary Wharf, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious and spotless the room was. The view of the River Thames was beautiful — especially at night — and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also loved the small details like the Nespresso machine, quality toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of hot and cold options, and the restaurant had a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. The location is ideal — peaceful but still close to Canary Wharf station and shops. It’s the perfect balance between luxury and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting London for business or a weekend getaway. Laura was absolutely incredible — she has such a calming energy and an exceptional touch that made the entire treatment feel truly personalised .

    Stayed at the Radisson Blu Canary Wharf and was really impressed. The room was spotless and the views were great, but the highlight was the service. Afsana was incredibly helpful and kind, and you could tell she genuinely cared about guests having a good experience. She answered questions with patience and made everything feel effortless. Staff like her make a huge difference. I’ll happily stay here again next time I’m in the area.

    I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu in Canary Wharf. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a perfect location, but what really made the experience stand out was the customer service — especially from Afsana.
