We had a great stay in this hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day. We had many options at breakfast. And Alina is the best ambassador of the hotel. She welcomed us every morning for breakfast, always smiling and very attentive with the guests, always helpful and running around to clean the tables, check the food and help guests. Wish to see many employees like her! I would be happy to come back to the same hotel next time when I will visit London.

Great spot for a quick visit to London. The location is perfect, 10 mins from both Blackfriars and London Bridge and just a stones throw from the Borough Market area. Rooms are modern and comfortable (ours seemed to be "Wicked" themed) we even had a little view of the Shard and it was pretty quiet given the central location. (Breakfast was included, the usual hotel buffet stuff, nothing special)

A great location, clean, really well serviced comfortable rooms and exceptional staff throughout the hotel. The staff in reception couldn’t have been more helpful. The staff in the excellent breakfast room were pleasant, and so efficient. Breakfast was amazing. The ambiance was so relaxed. If we go to London again it will be our first choice.
