About Venue
Located on the 38th and 39th floors at 110 Bishopsgate, SUSHISAMBA delivers a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, culture, music and striking design to the City of London.
The location features the highest outdoor dining terraces in Europe, offering unparalleled, 360 degree views of the City. Two panoramic glass elevators whisk patrons from the ground to the 39th floor, opening up London from inside-out as the lifts climb further and further upwards. SUSHISAMBA’s main dining room – with its dramatic ceilings – overlooks views of London with floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides. A grid of lights hung through the open bamboo ceiling at varying heights creates a magical experience during daytime and evening, creating an intimate dining experience.
The indoor-outdoor elements featured throughout the space, most notably, the designed structural orange tree on the west terrace. The tree sculpture reinforces the earth-to-sky motif while being an artwork in itself, reminiscent of great 20th century art and creates a dialogue with the street art found throughout the space.
As the highest outdoor dining terrace in Europe, this space offers spectacular views of the London skyline with casual lounge furniture and a bar, serving signtaure cocktails and Champagne. It it ideal for networking events requiring the WOW factor, as it towers above our neighbours offering a viewing platform like no other. The 39th Floor lounge and bar is reserved as a back up in case of inclement weather.

Random Tuesday lunch and honestly… one of the best dining experiences in London. Sushi Samba combines incredible skyline views with beautifully presented, flavour-packed dishes. The atmosphere is stylish, the service is attentive, and the whole experience feels special from the moment you walk in. A must-visit if you love great food with unforgettable views. Highly recommend!

This was my second visit, and it was just as amazing as the first! Located on the 38th floor, the views are incredible, and the whole atmosphere feels special. The service is top-notch — the staff are always so friendly and helpful, really making you feel looked after. The food is outstanding — the sea bass, the sushi, everything was absolutely on point. It’s one of those places where every dish tastes fresh and full of flavour. Definitely one of my favourite spots for a treat meal!

4.5/10 ⭐ SushiSamba is an absolute gem — a stunning restaurant perched on the 39th floor of the Heron Tower, offering panoramic views of the London skyline. The moment you step out of the lift, you’re met with a mix of luxury and calm sophistication, from the ambient lighting to the elegant decor that perfectly complements the dining experience. The food is exceptional. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour — the sushi was fresh and beautifully presented, and the black cod was simply divine, rich, buttery, and perfectly cooked. Overall, the food was faultless, with each bite showing off the restaurant’s attention to detail and high standards. The atmosphere was classy yet relaxed, with a smart-casual dress code that fits the vibe perfectly. It’s a great spot for a special night out, a celebration, or even just to treat yourself to something memorable. The only letdown was the toilet facilities — just one cubicle, no hand towels, and a slight smell that could have been avoided with stronger cleaning products. For a venue of this calibre, that part could definitely be improved. That said, SushiSamba still delivers on flavour, experience, and views. A must-visit if you’re looking for incredible food paired with one of the best views in London. 🍣✨

We were a party of three and came around 19.00 on a Monday. We had “our eyes bigger than our stomach” by ordering two set menus of £110 per person and an additional main dish. In other words, we ordered way more than we could eat. Overall, all dishes were good though the ribeye could have been more tender. The salad was very fresh with succulent sesame dressing in the right amount. It had few fried vegetables together with the cucumbers, lettuce and avocado. The prawn salad was also good: a mix of hot and cold vegetables. The ribeye was cooked as ordered but disappointedly a bit hard. The fish was great and pan fried well. The sushi was great but surprisingly it came as last dishes before the ice cream. The rice was somewhat strange as it was sweet in a coconut flavor. The ice cream was light and not overly sweet. The service was just fine though I had to ask three times to get ice.
