About Venue
Located on the 38th and 39th floors at 110 Bishopsgate, SUSHISAMBA delivers a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, culture, music and striking design to the City of London.
The location features the highest outdoor dining terraces in Europe, offering unparalleled, 360 degree views of the City. Two panoramic glass elevators whisk patrons from the ground to the 39th floor, opening up London from inside-out as the lifts climb further and further upwards. SUSHISAMBA’s main dining room – with its dramatic ceilings – overlooks views of London with floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides. A grid of lights hung through the open bamboo ceiling at varying heights creates a magical experience during daytime and evening, creating an intimate dining experience.
The indoor-outdoor elements featured throughout the space, most notably, the designed structural orange tree on the west terrace. The tree sculpture reinforces the earth-to-sky motif while being an artwork in itself, reminiscent of great 20th century art and creates a dialogue with the street art found throughout the space.
As the largest of the spaces and certainly the most iconic, the main dining room features a double-height ceiling with a distinctive hanging pendant lighting installation, giving a soft warm glow to the space. Flanked by both the East and Tree terraces, the space features our Sushi bar and Robata grill and creates an airy light space perfect for both seated events or standing cocktail and canapé parties.

We sat in the Samba room, the views were spectacular and the food was fantastic. We had exceptional service from both Emilio & Sonia! Would definitely come back again!

My family and I recently had lunch at Sushi Samba, and our experience exceeded all expectations. We made sure to carefully read the restaurant's policies in advance, including the dress code and time limits, which allowed us to fully enjoy our meal without any unpleasant surprises. Our goal was to show our daughter that Pacific Rim cuisine is much more than just sushi rolls. With this in mind, we chose to go with a set menu to sample the widest variety of dishes. We did encounter one small inconvenience: we were not allowed to order different sets for each person, so we had to agree on one for all of us. Ultimately, we chose the Ultimate Set at £130 per person, and it was absolutely the right decision. Every dish was either delicious or simply amazing. The highlight of our culinary journey was the "Rainforest" dessert—we had never tasted anything quite like it before. We also want to mention the wonderful cocktails; both the alcoholic and the children's non-alcoholic versions were incredibly creative and unique. A special thank you to our waiter, who was exceptionally patient and explained every nuance to us, making our meal even more enjoyable. Our lunch for three came to £500, and we understand that this price point may not be for every tourist. But if you have the opportunity, we highly recommend treating yourselves to this truly memorable experience. The only mistake we made was not booking a table with a view. We were seated in the middle of the room, and our view of the London panorama was partially obstructed. If there is an option to reserve a table with a city view, we strongly advise you to take it. Overall, our time at the restaurant was exceptional, and our daughter was delighted to have been there.

We had an amazing lunch today on the Terrace - beautiful location, lovely food and cocktails, Mars was our server and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely go back! The Limonelo dessert is possibly the best dessert I’ve ever had!

Managed to book online, worth calling in case of delay. We’ve booked the Samba Rooms on floor 39. This was our wedding anniversary dinner and we both simply loved it. Food was absolutely delicious and good looking as you can see on the photos and the team there was super friendly, I mean literally everyone was so nice and even presented us with cute anniversary plate with a delicious cake. I can recommend dishes with Eel and tuna belly. For dessert definitely the rainforest one. Michelin star level. Thank you to everyone at Sushi Samba for making our evening celebration a wonderful memory. Oh and did I mention the view? Amazing, especially in the evening. There is an impressive stairway leading to the restaurant below literally made for amazing photos with the Gherkin building in the background. We will be back.

We come here for early dinner , I was super disappointed. We all went for the set menu, they took our orders. Never came back to take our drinks orders. We had to request someone to take the drinks orders. The set menu which was 90£ look likes it it had a range of different dish. All the portions are small. I don't believe it was enough for all six of us. Some came with like two bowls which is fine if the food was good. The only thing that really stood out was the lamb chops. They were okay. The prawns weren't that nice at all. The sushi was okay but I've had so much better sushi in angel for Half the price. If you're paying for the view then the view is amazing but the food not that great was expecting so much better.
