The hotel at Royal Victoria Dock offers a fantastic stay with spacious rooms, excellent service, and stunning views of the waterfront. Convenient location, close to public transport and attractions. Highly recommended!

Hello everyone:) I'd love to share my amazing experience whilst I was staying at this hotel. First of all , I'd like to thank friendly reception team for such a warm and welcoming greeting as soon as I've entered through the door. I've been met very professionally, fast and I've felt I've been expected there. I was travelling with two little kids alone, and had our luggage on hands, which been taken from me by one member of staff. Rooms was fresh and very comfortable. I have to admit, that quality of mattresses is so superb, that my constantly hurting back and strong tiredness after trip - was restored after few hours nap. As I'm very peaky person, I always pay attention to quality of bedding and towels ( because my kids suffer from eczema) and I have to admit that everything that had direct affect to personal hygiene was provided within very high standards. I truly and honesty recommend this place for those, who is seeking for comfort. Also it's very convenient location, that allows you to shoot for tasty dinner or travel around city for new discoveries or business matters. Highly recommended

My partner and I stayed at The Good Hotel for two nights. Overall, we had a good experience and we would stay here again. Here are some of the pros and cons about the place. Pros: - nice location - stylish - comfortable beds - well-equipped rooms - doctor on-call - donates a part of proceeds to charity - staff very helpful - clean - kettle and tea/coffee provided - near Elizabeth line stop - checkout quite late until 12:00 Cons: - very thin walls (you can hear people conversing in the rooms next door, the hotel provides earplugs, though they fall out) - thin windows (noisy outside in the morning) - shower door doubles as bathroom door and is impractical Overall, good value for the price
