Our stay at Good Hotel was truly memorable, and the service stood out from beginning to end. Upon checkout, I was assisted by Ibrahim, who was incredibly helpful and kind. Knowing we were celebrating my wife’s birthday and our anniversary, he offered me a complimentary drink as a thoughtful gesture, which really meant a lot. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re staying for a special occasion—make sure to let the staff know, because they’ll go out of their way to make it special. What I loved most about Good Hotel is that you’re treated like family, not just a guest. That genuine warmth and personal touch made our experience unforgettable.

I had a truly comfortable and restful stay at Good Hotel. The entire space was clean and cozy, and the bed and duvet were some of the best I’ve experienced. Soft lighting and the absence of blue light from electronics helped me sleep deeply. The room was a bit small, but the first floor felt like a stylish living room, filled with comfy sofas and desks. We spent two days there drinking tea and reading, just like at home. Others were working, having meetings, or chatting, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and full of energy. When I accidentally left something in the room, they went out of their way to find it for me. I was especially touched by Manager Ibrahim’s cheerful personality and his kind attention to me as a middle-aged Asian woman. It made my London trip even more special. Thank you, Good Hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our room was clean, and the surrounding area felt safe and pleasant—there were nearby food options and a grocery store very close. One of our favorite parts of each day was starting it with the most wonderful lattes, made by the kindest staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. And the story behind the hotel is inspiring—it added a meaningful layer to our stay. Highly recommend to anyone visiting London!

The only thing that saves this hotel is the location. Water view is great. The windows do not open and no air conditioning. There is a small dusty vent through which air comes in. The rooms are very small. The toilet is as big as a cupboard. There is no TV. Even the worst hotel I've ever been to had a TV. I don't know of it's part of their philosophy to save electricity. Everything is minimalistic. There is no wardrobe. You have to pay extra for damage cover but they only tell you this when you check in. Not soundproof and you can hear planes taking off. I thought just as well they provided earplugs!

A Disheartening Experience, Not Worth the Premium Price I am staying at The Good Hotel in London for five nights, paying $170 per night, and the experience was far below expectations. For the price, I anticipated much higher quality and value than what was provided. To begin with, the room was exceptionally small, by far the most cramped accommodation during our entire trip. While the minimalist design may have been intended as an aesthetic choice, it ultimately felt more like a strategy to maximize room count in a constrained space. The lack of even basic amenities, such as an iron, was particularly disappointing and felt out of place for a hotel at this price point. Moreover, the hotel offers no gym facilities, which means guests must cross the street to the Crown Hotel to access their fitness center. However, this privilege comes at an additional cost of $26 per person, an unnecessary inconvenience for those expecting a more inclusive stay. Even more frustrating was the absence of complimentary bottled water in the room. Instead, guests are encouraged to drink tap water or purchase a small 750ml bottle for a staggering $9. In establishments charging premium rates, such a fundamental amenity should be provided without question. In conclusion, my stay was an overall disappointment. While the hotel may boast some positive reviews, they fail to capture the full reality of the experience. This establishment offers does not offer value, and for the price, there are certainly better options in the area. I would strongly advise potential guests to approach with caution, this is an overpriced, underwhelming choice for anyone seeking a genuinely worthwhile stay in London.
