I’m loving our stay in Bvlgari hotel. The staff is friendly but in special the butler Pamela is so professional, always helping out and efficiently sorting all our needs. She really makes our stay happy. She is a jewel 💎

Visited the spa and had the most amazing treatment by the massage therapist Marzena. She was extremely knowledgeable and tailored the massage to my liking- just the right pressure. I can honestly say that this was the best massage I've ever had. I'll be recommending it to my friends and will definitely be revisiting. I also had lunch at the hotel's restaurant Sette which was lovely. The hotel, restaurant and spa staff were all super helpful. Outstanding service.

I stayed at Bulgari Hotel London with my children for nearly four weeks and we were extremely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful in every situation, and the service was absolutely flawless. A truly wonderful experience, we felt very well taken care of throughout our time there.

Very disappointed with my visit today. Staff member Gabby was extremely rude and unprofessional, speaking to me in an aggressive and uncomfortable way about the £30 minimum spend. Instead of being welcomed, I felt pressured and humiliated in front of others. The atmosphere was also highly inappropriate, with guests next to me kissing loudly, touching each other, and discussing sexual topics openly — completely unacceptable in what is supposed to be a five-star lounge. Poor service, poor standards, and not a place I would recommend. When I ordered a cheese omelette, she told me it came with avocado. I said I didn’t want avocado, and instead of helping, she insisted the cheese would be removed. Then she added cheese separately and charged me an extra £8, without ever clearly explaining it beforehand. When the bill came, there were extra items I had not ordered. Instead of resolving it calmly, Gabby began shouting in front of everyone, listing out hot chocolate, sparkling water, eggs, etc., as if I was lying. The whole lounge could hear her, which was humiliating.
