The Palace Suite ballroom is our showpiece London events venue.

Glamorous and versatile enough for any social or business event for up to 550 people. The Palace Suite features the latest technical facilities to make any large event a success. Ideal for hosting exclusive conferences over a dedicated floor in the hotel. This space comprises of a principle event space that can separate into two rooms, along with four syndicate rooms for break-out seminars and a pre-function area.\

The principle room accommodates up to 550 delegates theatre-style and the pillar-free space is perfect for presentations and product launches. Direct street access from High Street Kensington and an onsite car park are ideal for large groups and event set-up crew. The Palace Suite is ideal for any glamorous occasion or corporate gathering; including weddings, award-ceremonies, product launches, fashion shows or association dinners, to name a few.

Comfortably accommodating up to 420 for a seated dinner, the pillar-free space allows greater flexibility and can accommodate a dance floor, whilst the pre-function area is ideal for a champagne reception.

Our mezzanine level, ideal for events for up to 150 guests, includes three separate event spaces in which to hold your event. The York and Lancaster Suites provide the ideal settings to hold your main event, with Bertie’s Bar offering a dedicated dining or break out area to relax or network. The York Suite and Bertie’s Bar also benefit from natural lighting.

Ayush the waiter in Origin was extremely friendly and helpful in ensuring our breakfast time. The housekeeping was superb and I especially greatful for the turn down service in the evening. The concierge boy Jacob was extremely nice and helpful helping us with our 11pc luggages. Reception gentleman was so graceful & professional handling my check in yesterday. Wonderful hotel with strategic location and extremely sparkling clean room.

We had a truly lovely stay at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect for exploring London, with stunning views and easy access to nearby attractions. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the wonderful service we received from Vyan. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and genuinely joyful, and her positive energy made such a difference to our visit. Vyan went above and beyond to ensure we felt well looked after, and her outstanding efforts did not go unnoticed. We left feeling relaxed and well cared for, and we are already eager to return soon.

Our stay commenced with a warm greeting from Moiez who, despite us arriving before check in time, allocated us a room so we could unpack before setting out for the day. A perfect location for our London break. Room very clean with a well thought out design. Bed very comfortable. Shower good. Ideal storage for clothes and ancillary items. Bar was good and staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return for future London breaks.

We stayed here prior to Christmas and the display and sweet treat offering each day was well received. The staff were lovely, especially the door guys! Breakfast was nice and had a good selection to choose from. We wish we found the bar/restaurant on level 10 sooner as the view is great. Our room was a little noisy from the aircon but this may be because we arrived early and were put in this room for quickness. Lovely room other than that. Shower a little on the small side, but the room itself was good Greta location. Bus stop right out side and shops less than a 5 minute walk away

This place was pretty pricey for a one night but the room was exceptional. Very spacious for a hotel room in London, made the most out of it by staying in. We really appreciated the fast room service whenever we ordered water bottles. Beds and pillows were very comfortable as well as the sitting area. Only flaw was the shower, it was so small I hardly had room to move and I’m only 5’11. Food was insanely expensive and not worth it at all. The views were very beautiful indeed.
