The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. It was a pleasure to be here, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I especially want to mention John Libao for the outstanding service. He assisted me throughout my visit, was very professional, and went above and beyond to help me. His support made my experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service

We truly enjoyed our stay at Royal Garden Hotel. The location is brilliant, only walking distance to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park and so much more. Train station is only 3 minutes walk, and bus stop right at the hotel's front door! Loads of cafes and restaurants around, a whole food supermarket and a food court. The staff were friendly and helpful, Moeiz and Kasia were so lovely. We requested early check-in and Moeiz helped us with that, we were grateful. Kasia was always happy to help with a huge smile, we loved chatting to her every time we walked through the lobby. The buffet breakfast is good, however it's quite pricey, we found more affordable cafes around for breakfast. If I was going to name only one inconvenience, it would be the room size. The classic room was incredibly small, however the service and location make up for that. We also got a little teddy bear and a card from hotel management, which was a nice gesture. All in all, a great stay, thank you.☺️

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and felt that we received excellent value for the price we paid. The staff was friendly, courteous, and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast was very good and included two types of cheese, scrambled eggs, a selection of freshly cut vegetables, pastries, fresh orange juice, and several other options. Breakfast also included coffee of our choice. Don't forget to ask your server whether your breakfast package includes a freshly prepared omelet, as this may be available as part of your meal. The location is excellent. The nearest Underground station is only about a five-minute walk away, and there are several bus lines just a one-minute walk from the hotel. We also highly recommend using the electric bikes available through Lime and other providers, which can be rented throughout the area and are a great way to explore the city. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its location right next to Kensington Gardens. Within less than a five-minute walk, you can immerse yourself in one of London's most beautiful green spaces. There is a gym in the building next to the hotel that guests can use. The AC in the room worked great. The front desk kindly allowed us to check in as early as 10:00 a.m., which was a wonderful and much-appreciated surprise. We weren't able to get a late check-out beyond an additional 30 minutes, but that was completely understandable.

I recently stayed at the Royal Garden Hotel for 3 weeks due to an injury. We had beautiful views of Kensington Gardens and hospitality was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind, warm, accommodating and super friendly in particular the GM Oliver Bateman, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager Kasia Dzieza, the Duty Manager Felicity Myers and the Head Concierge. Location is excellent, close to many London major sights and easy access to everywhere- with the Tube, buses and taxis available at your doorstep. Rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed with contemporary comfort. Minjiang the Chinese restaurant is a must and a treat, with a to-die -for view across London. Origins the casual dining has many classic favourites including some Asian delights. Room service very efficient and wide menu choice. Housekeeping also attentive. From doormen, concierge, reception, housekeeping to room service - it has been a wonderful experience. Strongly recommend, a true gem and will definitely come back!

The location is excellent, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Although we paid for the room at check-in and provided the mandatory authorisation hold, our experience in the Piano Bar was disappointing. After dinner, as we were leaving, my elderly father was stopped by a waiter and loudly informed that there was insufficient credit available on the room to charge the bill. Given that the hotel requires a £50 per night authorisation hold, it is unclear what purpose this serves if restaurant charges cannot be added to the room. The service in the Piano Bar was also erratic, despite there being only six customers and four members of staff. Overall, the situation was quite embarrassing. The reception experience was similarly disappointing. The process felt disorganised and poorly managed, falling short of the standards one would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The room itself was clean and adequate, but limited in both size and facilities. The amenities provided felt rather sparse for two guests, with only one bar of soap, one bath towel per person, and no additional pillows available should they be needed. The plumbing also left much to be desired, with a very weak toilet flush and poor water pressure from the shower, both of which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Having previously stayed at The Rubens at the Palace and several other five-star hotels in London, we felt this hotel fell short of the service levels and standards we had expected. While the location is undoubtedly a strong point, the overall experience was disappointing and did not reflect what we would expect from a hotel of this calibre. Unfortunately, based on our stay, we would be unlikely to choose this hotel again.
