It's conveniently located near the train and Abbey Road. It's not really close to any London tourist sites. Good on site restaurant. Probably the comfiest beds we slept in during our UK trip.

I really enjoy my 3 days stay. My son was injured and had surgery, we booked a disable room for 3 of us. It's very well designed and bath room is very big, lots of space to move around with 2 persons. The breakfast is very nice, the omelette is just the best! I really appreciated all the help they have provided and made this post surgery recovery 3 days very smooth.

I visit London often and generally like to stay in the same neighborhood and Marriott hotel that I always stay at. This visit, however, I decided to throw myself a curve ball and booked the Maida Vale location. I am so glad I did. I LOVED staying here. True, like many other commenters have noted, the location isn't as sexy and exciting as other venues closer to central London, however: 1. You're still within walking distance of the tube (Kilburn Park) which is only 5-7 minutes away. 2. To that point, you're not paying high(er) price points. I found that this location was a good $50-$100 cheaper/pre night stay compared to other locations. Yet, the quality and experience was top notch. The hotel itself is in great shape. The rooms seemed to have been recently renovated (or, at least had a more modern feel compared to other equally rated Marriotts in London) and the breakfast offering was fantastic. I requested a quiet room during my stay and I didn't hear one peep the entire time. It was heaven. My room faced the "inner side/courtyard" of the building so I did not have any of the street noise. The staff were lovely. Smiles all around and seemingly willing to help guests in any way they could. I'd HIGHLY recommend this location.

Just stayed here for the 3rd time and still doesn’t disappoint! The staff are amazing. Very helpful and accommodating. Shout to David (sp?) at the front desk for looking after me during my stay. The rooms are modern and are well kept. Great sleeping conditions too. For Elites, the breakfast is next level and nothing runs out. Location is more Kilburn than Maida Vale, so just be prepared. Tons of shops and quick restaurants around. Only gripe is that there’s not a dedicated elite lounge. They make up for this by having complimentary drinks and appetizers at happy hour. Would definitely stay here again.

I do not know what to opine about this hotel. I stayed here back in 2016 and 2019 and was one of my least favorite hotels in London metro. This is not your typical full service Marriott Hotel, in terms of traditional decor and ambiance; in fact for that I would categorize it as a glorified Moxy. That said, this time I enjoyed my stay, cordial and professional service, rooms well appointed and in very good condition, and a restaurant providing a complete variety of items for breakfast, but this hotel is located rather in an ethnic working class area of London. There are no a good variety of choices for dining as in other areas of London, mostly all middle eastern locales. Not a 5 star just because of location and its neighborhood.
