A mirror image of Room 104 but located on the 2nd floor, Room 204 can either be used individually as a smaller meeting space or can be opened up in conjunction with 205, to create a larger meeting room.

On its own, this room is ideal for smaller, intimate meetings for up to 16 in boardroom and can also work great as a breakout space or green room.

Cancellation policy

a. A confirmed booking shall only be deemed to be cancelled when the Company receives written notification of the cancellation. b. The following cancellation charges shall apply: a. Less than 30 days prior to the event: 100% of the contracted total b. Between 31 - 90 days prior to the event: 75% of the contracted total c. 91+ days prior to the event: 50% of the contracted total Notification of cancellation should be made verbally and in writing to the Company sales team
