Room 205 at 10 Union Street is a meeting room for hire in London Bridge.

A mirror image of Room 105 but located on the 2nd floor, Room 205 can either be used individually as a medium sized meeting room or can be opened up in conjunction with 204, to create a larger meeting
room.

On its own, this room is ideal for meetings or workshops for up to 40 in cabaret or 60 in theatre style. Room Hire includes use of all the standard AV provisions as well as a lectern & lectern mic and hybrid capabilities.

Cancellation policy

a. A confirmed booking shall only be deemed to be cancelled when the Company receives written notification of the cancellation. b. The following cancellation charges shall apply: a. Less than 30 days prior to the event: 100% of the contracted total b. Between 31 - 90 days prior to the event: 75% of the contracted total c. 91+ days prior to the event: 50% of the contracted total Notification of cancellation should be made verbally and in writing to the Company sales team
