The venue provides guests with 1000 free parking spaces.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation, Transfer, Assign or Postponement by the Client The Function is personal to the Client who shall not Transfer, Assign or otherwise dispose of the benefit of the Function in whole or in part to any third party. In the event the Client wishes to Cancel, or postpone the Function, this must be notified to Ark Royal in writing (via recorded delivery) by the Client. The date of receipt of the notification will be the date used for determining the following cancellation penalty to be applied. Under no circumstances will the Non-Refundable Deposit be returned to the Client once the Function has been confirmed. If Cancellation, or Postponement occurs within 9 months prior to the date of the Function, 50% of the applicable Room Hire Charges, plus any extra items requested on and after signing of the Contract, will be due and payable by the Client; If Cancellation, or Postponement occurs within 6 months to the date of the Function, 95% of the applicable Room Hire Charges, plus any extra items requested on and after signing of the Contract, will be due and payable by the Client.

This was the perfect venue for my brother’s wedding! The hall was soo spacious and the decor was beautifully done, it was exactly how we imagined it to be. Zaffar looked after us very well, he was amazing throughout. The car park is a plus point, was great for our huge guest list. Would highly recommend Ark Royal!

Amazing Hall, been here before. The outsider very nice aswell as the marquee. It is a long marquee as in length. There is bridal room and toilets upstairs. Very clean throughout the wedding which you can't say with other venues I've been too. The stage very nice too but that might be private hire. There are 2 rooms just outside for prayer facilities. Alhamdul'ilah, all round good.
