Steve is the best concierge in the business! He is always so welcoming each time I come here. He remembers me each time I come here and this shows his attention to detail and to his regulars. Steve goes above and beyond to help all crew members get into a room quickly because he knows how long we have travelled to get here and all we want is to get into a room to rest. Thanks again Steve for everything you do, we all really appreciate it!

Lovely rooms, nice and clean. Breakfast is fantastic and really enjoyed. Arrival check in is very slow, long wait when you just want to get to your room after a flight otherwise it would have been 5*

Our key card didn’t work. We had to stand in a long line at reception while guests argued, and staff struggled to manage the situation. At one point, while we were waiting, another guest tried to skip the queue and I had to step in and say we were first. Shockingly, the receptionist said nothing and was about to serve him anyway. How does that make sense? The Icons restaurant was just as bad. The pizza was frozen, the fish and chips reheated! not fresh at all. The food was cheap and unappealing, completely unacceptable for a hotel restaurant This hotel desperately needs proper management, serious updates, and staff training. Right now, it’s nowhere near the standard you’d expect from Radisson, and I would not recommend staying here.

The location for Heathrow is great, the rooms are comfortable if a little on the small side. Self-check in was a breeze. The reason we booked this hotel was the pool. We had a long delay on our train journey down, and we're so looking forward to a cool refreshing dip. We managed to get here just in time for last access (30 minutes before the pool closes) and the pool was warm, like bathwater warm. On a hot summer's day in the middle of a heatwave. It was like sharing a bath with a dozen strangers.

Fantastic location however the service is average. The air conditioner wasn’t working. The shower head wasn’t working. The windows won’t open. The room was just suffocated with hot air. I was quite dissatisfied. I don’t think I will come here again with my fellow guests but I like the location and aesthetics.
