Smooth check-in and check out. Hotel was clean and modern. Taxis to airport easy to book and very reliable. Really nice pub just across the road with good food and good value. Hotel bar was very expensive, £18.15 for 1 medium wine and 1 beer. Car park was busy, but spaces were available. Overall good value with parking for 2 weeks.

The hotel location is close to airport and only a short walk to reach bus station which is quite easy to go to London city center. Breakfast buffet is excellent and has variety of food choices. However, the food offers at the pub is terrible. I have stayed 7 nights here and I am satisfied with the facilities and services provided, not to mention there’s also gym and pool which starts at 0600-2200 hour. Front staffs are polite and helpful, sometimes may take a longer wait when the line up is long. Special thanks to reception staff, Limbraina, who offered assistance on my early arrival with exceptional nice manner. If you ask me what drawbacks about this hotel, I would say cleanliness. Overall it is acceptable for the price.

It looks like a nice hotel from the outside and reception. We parked our car and went inside to give our car registration number then we stood outside revolving doors waiting for the airport bus. It was about 3.30pm and still light, as we looked across to the carpark we saw rats!!! They were just coming out of the bushes and scurrying about on the path. This isn't good at all, I have never seen them in daylight and so close to reception doors! All looks very modern, until you get through to the other side to the corridors where the rooms are. The carpets are old and don't have much pile on them. The rooms are small and very dated. The bathrooms need attention, the wooden panel was swelled from being wet and a rusty screw was sticking out. To be honest I expected more. We had booked parking and hotel room for after our long flight. The bed however was comfy .

We arrived approx 10:30pm on a Sunday night, and had an 8am flight the next morning. It was chaos and there weren’t enough staff helping out. There weren’t really places to park where we were supposed to leave our car during our trip. Our plates from room service were not clean, I felt something sticky on the bottom of my hand and lifting the plate up a huge smear of somebody else’s dinner remained. It turned my stomach a bit to be honest. As expensive as room service is, to not even get a clean plate…

I was disappointed with Radisson Conference hotel as I had stayed in Radisson Red before which is right there but apparently had new big modern rooms and all the perks that should be in a four stars hotel like robe, slippers, toiletries etc. Here I haven't found any even though the hotel offers a spa - I had to go there wearing a towel instead of a robe... The only nice thing about the room was a big bed. The room was ugly and super dark, only a desk lamp was working, the bathroom ugly and old and bathtub dirty... Location is horrible, you have to take a bus even to go to the airport
