Great venue and bar, friendly staff and good comedy acts. Would recommend. Headliner on night we went was Nina Conti - was hilarious.

Excellent place for a fun night out. I attended the Blackout event twice - such great value for money, and the staff are lovely. I’d highly recommend this place.

Up the Creek Comedy Club is an absolute brilliant night out, offering a wonderfully relaxed and comfortable atmosphere that sets it apart from other comedy venues. The first thing you notice is the thoughtful seating arrangement — tables with chairs instead of the usual cramped rows, making it easy to enjoy your drinks and chat between acts. The bar is well stocked, with a great selection of beers and ciders at reasonable prices, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm, lively vibe of the place. As for the show itself, it was nothing short of brilliant — top-notch comedians delivering big laughs from start to finish. With minimal entry fees and such a great overall experience, Up the Creek is a must-visit for anyone who loves a good laugh in a fun, comfortable setting.
