Zsl London Zoo, Prince Albert Suite

Great place to visit if you’re in London, especially if you enjoy animals and walking outdoors. The zoo is very clean, well organized, and the animals look well cared for. There’s a great variety of species, and the enclosures are spacious and nicely designed. It’s located inside Regent’s Park, which makes the surroundings beautiful and relaxing. Perfect for spending a few hours exploring and taking photos. Overall, a really enjoyable experience and definitely worth visiting while in London.

The overall experience was okay. The zoo is well maintained and pleasant to walk around, but there weren’t as many animals as expected. Some exhibits felt a bit limited, and a few areas could use improvement to make the visit more engaging. Still, it’s an enjoyable place, especially for a relaxed day out, but there’s definitely room for enhancement.

What a wonderful day! Today we visited the zoo, and it turned out to be an experience we will never forget. As a birthday surprise, we had booked the Penguin Experience, and that alone was worth more than five stars! A very big thank you to Masie and Susan!! From beginning to end, they made the entire experience truly unforgettable. They were incredibly friendly and took all the time in the world to share their knowledge and passion with us. We learned so much, we were allowed to help prepare the penguins’ food, feed them, and keep them entertained. Everything was done with the utmost respect for the animals. We also gained great insight into how the zoo cares for its animals and how much attention is given to preserving their natural behavior and wellbeing. All we can say is: a huge congrats for so much love and dedication to both animals and people. Beyond the experience itself, the zoo is absolutely lovely. Highly recommended for young and old, and for every animal lover out there.
