Would Return for the Service and Location! We had a comfortable stay at this Marriott. We booked a junior suite with garden access, but unfortunately, it rained every day during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy the garden. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful, the doorman was welcoming, the front desk was efficient, and housekeeping did a great job. We especially enjoyed the Club Lounge, which had an adequate and satisfying selection of food and drinks in the morning and evening. I would like to give special recognition to Fatima in the club lounge. Her genuine care and kindness, especially towards my kid, made our stay truly special. She alone makes this hotel worth revisiting.

We stayed here the weekend post American Thanksgiving. The staff were very helpful and kind. We arrived Friday too early for check in but they allowed us to check our bags while we went to visit family in Newark. Upon return they promptly brought our luggage to the room. The rooms are much larger than other hotels we’ve stayed in other trips to London. The turn down service was an extra special touch that made us feel right at home. The location is great as well, just a couple blocks from Oxford street and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The London Marriott was an amazing experience at a Mayfair location. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the service is consistently attentive, and the overall atmosphere feels calm despite being so central. A great choice for both couples or families, with easy access to parks, shopping, and transport. Would highly recommend.

Firstly, I disagree with the whole other posts saying ‘the room is too small’ it’s not - it’s an older hotel thus the rooms are pretty big. We can fit in 2 large suitcases and 2 small ones perfectly and can still walk around. Second myth debunked ‘it’s too noisy’ the windows are double layered - you can’t hear anything. If it helps - get a room facing the garden. I hate to have this hotel packed because it’s one of my favorite hotels in London. It’s right behind the whole busy hustle and bustle of Oxford street, but yet quiet enough for one to rest. The hotel has not as many rooms but still pricier than the rest. The lounge is very good - Peter is the best host and did show us how to enjoy the lounge experience. The restos in the hotel - go to the Gordon Ramsey. Don’t go to the lucky cat - we spoke to some residents and they felt the price was not worth the food and they were overcharged (80 pound surcharge for food I heard!). The staff in the hotel are very nice. We will definitely come here again!
