Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, The Mayfair Suite

Had a very nice week-long stay at this property. Staff were a delight and treated my daughters in particular as though they were little princesses. That made their day! The room was a good size for our family and very comfortable. I appreciated the fresh water and chocolates left daily. Food at both Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill and Lucky Cat was phenomenal, and we fell in love with Popina nearby for breakfast. The location was a convenient walk to Oxford Street and not too terribly far of a walk to Hyde Park and other attractions. We genuinely enjoyed it and would stay again.

Excellent experience during our summer vacation. After a couple of hiccups with our first 24 hours, Mr. Rajalakshmi and the team took fabulous care of us and we will definitely return when our travels take us to London. The room was quite spacious, even by US standards, lounge lovely, and onsite dining and service was top notch. Couple with young adult and the room did not feel cramped with three of us. Large bathroom was a nice amenity as well and the air con was nice and cold! The doormen, Mohammad and David (?) were so pleasant and went out of their way to assist with our daily travels. Location is right near the Bond Street tube and we enjoyed not being in the hectic tourist zones, but close to all that London has to offer, while closer to Hyde Park and other options in this area. We look forward to making a return visit to the gem of a property that really shines due to the care of its staff. Do not miss breakfast at Gordon Ramsay's and we're happy to say that late night in room dining did not disappoint. Side note, the fresh flower rotations and designs that rotated during our stay were nothing short of stunning. Bell services were also incredibly helpful when coming and going to/from Heathrow. The hotel is nice and very clean. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, especially those working at the M Club Lounge on the basement floor — many of them are truly dedicated to providing excellent service. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the location is great — within walking distance to Hyde Park and Oxford Street for shopping. However, there is no parking available if you are driving your own car.
