I’ve had nothing but negative experiences with Regus. They are constantly changing their terms and conditions to suit themselves, without proper notice or respect for their clients. Most recently, they auto-renewed my contract for another 24 months without my consent, despite the fact that I did not receive the only email they claimed to have sent. I check my posts with them regularly, and yet, they failed to send me any physical mail about this significant change. To make matters worse, they’ve added more services without prior notification, charging me for things that were never included in my original agreement. Now, they’ve told me that the charges will start from September, and that I cannot cancel my contract due to the fact that I’ve only just discovered these changes after a month. They expect me to pay all the extra charges with no option to dispute it. This is truly a scammy and unfair business practice. I’m now stuck with a 24-month contract and unwanted additional charges, with no recourse. DO NOT trust Regus – they’re only out to take advantage of their clients.
