The front desk staff were genuinely helpful. Regrettably, this is the sole positive I can offer. I signed up before Christmas on a month-to-month contract, which I have since terminated via the app. However, the billing team charged me for the following month earlier than stated, and despite multiple emails requesting clarification, I have received no response. This stands in marked contrast to the prompt communication I experienced during the sign-up process. I have notified my card issuer as a precaution. Regarding the workspace itself (designated a “signature” property, no less): - Seating in poor condition, with visible damage to chair upholstery - Desks noticeably dirty - No mugs provided for the (chargeable) coffee; the two I located were unwashed - Broken fixtures in the kitchen - No apparent consideration for ergonomics: shallow counter seating and poorly proportioned furniture left me with back and neck pain after each visit - Missing plugs in the outlets This list is not exhaustive. I wish I had given greater weight to the negative reviews below. They are, unfortunately, accurate.
