About Venue
Our riverside venue is a top pick for weddings, celebrations, meetings, events, and conferences. Our rooms feature charming period details such as beautiful wooden floors, sparkling crystal chandeliers, and tall windows that provide stunning views of the Thames.
The exclusive hire of the first floor is the largest of our event spaces, which includes The Nelson room and the adjacent Hawke & Howe bar. The space can accommodate seated events for up to 180 and standing events for 350 guests.
Alternatively, for smaller events, The Hawke & Howe can accommodate up to 60 seated or 100 guests standing, whilst The Hardy Suite on the 2nd floor can accommodate 60 seated or 80 guests for a standing event.
We also have a dedicated private dining and bar within The Pickle Room, accommodating 20 seated on one table and 32 on adjacent tables.
…and for those wanting something completely different, our newest addition to the family; The Cribbs Parlour is hidden away below deck. A speakeasy-style members' bar, the venue features low-slung seating and offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of the Trafalgar upstairs.
Our Cribb’s Parlour is a one of a kind unique underground venue. An intimate, below-deck extension of the pub with a playfully sophisticated yet comfortably relaxed atmosphere. The perfect space for vibrant gatherings and private parties accommodating up to 80 guests standing. Our Cribbs Parlour is complete with its own fully private bar, delicious range of food options, DJ decks and space to dance the night away.

I just add a couple of words from my experience. If you want to mix visiting a historic navy museum with yummy food and impressive views from windows in one and at once, this place is called Trafalgar Tavern! The pub is a real must. We ordered fish and chips and Aged beef burger. They were cooked very tasty. The service was quick and excellent.Highly recommend. Your perfectionism will be satisfied!

Huge pub located by the river in Greenwich. Been before but stopped by for a quick drink. Didn't stay to eat but they definitely do food, however, we went on a Sunday. To say it's busy would be an understatement, it's VERY popular. If you haven't got a reservation to eat it may be difficult to get a table. Great choice of drinks at reasonable prices. Service was friendly and helpful. It's such a great pub but sadly it's a victim of its own success, at peak times it's very crowded but nevertheless it's one of the best pubs in Greenwich.

Wow! This has got to be the best pub in all of London!! The beer garden is amazing with the beautiful lights. The interior is just stunning!! I want to live here 😍. The food was outstanding- large portions and seriously the best pub food selection and taste we've had anywhere in 11 years living in London. Live music was yet another plus! Loved it so much!!

I lovely pub for Sunday Roast. The interior and atmosphere is lovely and gets very busy on Sunday. I think all the roast options are great except for the beef because you get a very small portion of meat compared to the other dishes. The apple and pear crumble is unbelievably sweet beyond imagination and you have to pay £1 for the tiniest portion (size of espresso) , either make it larger or make it free at that point!

This pub is perfectly located for exploring Greenwich. The service was friendly, and we enjoyed a delicious vegetarian Sunday lunch whilst listening to a great singer and watching the sunset. It’s a charming pub full of history. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience!
