In 2026 ZSL will be 200 years old, marking two centuries of discovery, pioneering, inspiring and delighting through science and conservation. Tap into this history by booking one of the many locations that are available to you. Whichever space you choose for your event, you can be sure that you will be surrounded by an immersive setting within the 36 acres of zoological gardens. By holding your event with us you will be helping to contribute to ZSL, a charity supporting the global conservation of animals and their habitats.

The modern Terrace Restaurant is ZSL London Zoo’s go to reception venue, housed in the historic Regent’s Building and perfect for large-scale events. This visually stunning space boasts a soaring double-height ceiling with an impressive mezzanine floor which leads onto an upper terrace deck in the heart of Barclay Court. With its spacious and lofty interior and mezzanine floor, the Terrace Restaurant can accommodate up to 700 guests fora standing reception. This space is perfect for an evening summer party, Christmas do or good old-fashioned knees up, with the added bonus of Barclay Court at your disposal.

Fantastic zoo! Lots of lovely animals to see and explore! We especially enjoyed being able to walk in the butterfly and monkey enclosures! Seeing the penguins being fed was also quite a spectacle! If you don’t have children I’d definitely recommend going during the week 😅 it was incredibly busy with little ones running around everywhere

It’s insane how is even possible to have so many different animals in just one place in LONDON. Will be back when my 2 months old is older. It’s definitely worth the money! We loved to be able to interact with some of them and being so close to the animals it’s fantastic. Everything was so clean which is also a plus. We had lunch at the restaurant and we were also so delighted impressed with the food. Very tasty (pizza+burguers+fried)! Keep going with the great job!

London Zoo is really nice and well maintained! There’s a great variety of wild animals and birds. We had such a fun time — the lion and tiger looked amazing, and we could even hear them roar! There are lots of eateries around the zoo, so food was never a problem. The gift shop is also great, with excellent animal toys and souvenirs. Loved the whole vibe and the views!

I upgraded to an annual membership as you cannot do the zoo justice in just one visit. Well maintained enclosures with happy looking animals. Information and knowledgeable staff on hand everywhere and very pleased to interact with visitors. Breeding programs in evidence for the rare creatures too. Very educational for youngsters, although in all honesty I go during the week when less children are about. Favourite enclosures, Butterflies, Reptiles, tropical birds and rainforest. (Some of which are open enclosures so you are up close and personal with the animals) Restaurant available on site although I didn't love it. Gift shop good for a souvenir or two.

Love going to zoos in the colder months, it supports them, it's quieter and the animals are normally under the heat pads. We had a experience to feed the monkeys and the staff and volunteer were so lovely, knowledgeable and took lots of pictures the only sad part was it had to end. Thanks ZSL London Zoo we had a blast!
