Beautiful hotel! The rooms were comfortable and well stocked. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. In a safe area of the city with local shops and restaurants within walking distance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 I recently stayed at the Fitzroy Kimpton Hotel in London. The hotel itself is stunning – beautifully designed with a historic charm that makes the stay feel special. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is elegant. That said, a few small details could be improved (room amenities, which is why I’m giving 4 stars overall. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Sophie at the reception desk. From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind — truly a 5-star experience on her part. Sophie is a real asset to the Fitzroy Kimpton and made my stay memorable.

We had the most wonderful stay here. We booked a suite, and the room was absolutely gorgeous — spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The service was perfect from start to finish; every member of the team we interacted with was helpful, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights of our trip was using the hotel’s bikes each day — such a fun way to see London and made us feel right at home in the city. Honestly, I want to come back to London just to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and seamless experience.
