⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5 I recently stayed at the Fitzroy Kimpton Hotel in London. The hotel itself is stunning – beautifully designed with a historic charm that makes the stay feel special. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is elegant. That said, a few small details could be improved (room amenities, which is why I’m giving 4 stars overall. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Sophie at the reception desk. From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind — truly a 5-star experience on her part. Sophie is a real asset to the Fitzroy Kimpton and made my stay memorable.

We had the most wonderful stay here. We booked a suite, and the room was absolutely gorgeous — spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The service was perfect from start to finish; every member of the team we interacted with was helpful, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights of our trip was using the hotel’s bikes each day — such a fun way to see London and made us feel right at home in the city. Honestly, I want to come back to London just to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and seamless experience.

The service at this hotel is it's heart. Yes it's historic, beautiful, and in a good spot, but what makes it great are the people who work there. From Andrew who greeted me and held great conversations to Jack who helped me find my way when my day was at a loss, you are truly appreciated. I genuinely value and recognize the kindness and smiles of all the staff. Customer service is a lot of times missing in many places, but at the Fitzroy Kimpton in London, they are doing things right.

Lovely few days here. Location was marvellous, central but not too noisy. Beautiful building and attention to detail in the rooms was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was the smell in the bathroom from the drains could be overpowering and the windows were all sealed. We couldn't initially get into breakfast as there were no tables available, thankfully we didn't have to wait too long and we had time to get to our event. Great stay and staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Would recommend.
