A good Hilton located in a heritage building in the perfect location close to Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancras International Stations…. It’s an easy 750m max walk to all of these stations to and from the hotel. The area has pubs and supermarkets. The room is compact, has air conditioning and a fridge, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom has every thing you need and is nice and clean. You won’t go wrong here.

We arrived at 4 pm and we were tired. The front desk agent was efficiently checking us in but the room wasn’t ready so we went to the Woburn lounge to have an early dinner. The duty manager, Amanda was friendly and helpful delivering our baggage to the room. At the lounge, there were a plenty of options for vegetarian and vegan dishes. Next few days, we went down to the Mulberry restaurant for breakfast. It was clean and the food was fresh. Robert at the Mulberry was attentive and friendly. He greeted us every morning and went above and beyond to provide us a list of the authentic food in London even provided us the coupons for the restaurants. Amanda checked on us every day at the lobby to see how was our stay. It has been under renovation with scaffolding in the front door of the Hilton London Euston. However, it did not affect any thing with our stay. Location is great! Both Amanda and Robert are the best representatives in hospitality during our stay. We will be back.

I just arrive at the hotel today, I'm gold hilton member, but did not get any upgrade, in the contrary I received a room for disable people and the air conditioning was not working when I call to the front desk, they said they can't do anything since the hotel is fully book. New edit: the day after, I was upgraded, thank you yo the nice staff! So I change ny grade accordingly.

This Hilton is located super close to Euston station, which is so convenient if you're taking longer distance trains across the U.K. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, and I felt safe walking around late at night. There are lots of shops and restaurants and pubs close by too. This hotel feels a little older, but it's well maintained. We were given a slight upgrade at check-in since I am a Hilton Diamond member, and we appreciated the extra space in our King Deluxe Room. The hotel has two small lifts so you don't have to lug your suitcases up a bunch of stairs. I loved that the room had a tea kettle, tea bags, and a small package of Walker's shortbread biscuits (all complimentary). It was so nice to have a warm snack after a chilly day of walking around London. The room was comfortable, including the bed and desk area, and the bathroom was nice (but it has one of those European shower doors that's basically a half glass door). That always takes some getting used to, because water just runs all over the floor! Everything in our room was modern and very clean. This could easily be a five star hotel, but there's a major issue here: the windows in the rooms DO NOT OPEN, and management had the interior SO hot. I swear to you the hotel was heated to at least 80 degrees if not warmer. I had the idea to ask the front desk for a fan to borrow, and thankfully they had one or we would have absolutely roasted. It was so bad, we had to get cold rags to put on our heads. It was like a sauna in our room, and the window was SWEATING our entire stay (see photos). My advice: ask for a fan. I wonder if it would be hot in the summer, too? Breakfast was included with our rate, and it was nice enough. Nothing too fancy, but lots of solid options and a very friendly restaurant staff. The restaurant is in the basement. There's also a small hotel bar off the lobby, and we took advantage of the complimentary beverage offer when we checked in. I was excited that my Coke Zero came with a glass of ice! That's such a rarity in Europe. I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again, but only because it was just TOO HOT during the winter months. It's a nice property and the staff is good, but I don't like roasting when I'm trying to sleep off some serious jetlag.

This hotel needs a complete refurb. The public spaces are terrible. The bar/restaurant area was a joke. Menu was rubbish and service was poor. The tables and chairs don't match so incredibly uncomfortable to eat a meal there. Don't bother. When we arrived we were told we had a free upgrade. The room was apparently a triple but it had two single beds pushed together and it was a connecting room. Very noisy. We complained and ended up in a Dulux double which was fine but right beside the lifts and ice machine so very noisy. Plug sockets and mirrors in stupid places. The breakfast was good and the service there was very good. Even so I wouldn't recommend and I won't be back.
