The suite we booked was a surprising two story room! Very large and clean. The breakfast is delicious. Robert and Surangika were outstanding! They were so accommodating and made sure I had plenty of food to take back to the room. Even gave me a fancy tray to carry it on.

It’s a lovely spot near Euston and King’s Cross, making it super easy to get around. The bed is comfy and supportive, and you get a great view from the window, though you can’t open it. The air conditioning is spot on. The decor is a nice mix of old and new, giving it a relaxed feel. The price is reasonable, and the bathroom is spotless.

Perfectly located hotel in a quiet street but very close to the euston station and only 10mn walk to kingscross. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, but the room are not very noise proofed... You can easily hear people in the hall or I. The next door room if they are talking loudly.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. MASSIMO FRAGETTA, the head of concierge. He went above and beyond in providing services. Now, about the hotel: Location: It is perfect for visiting central London easily using public transportation. Every location we wanted to visit was no longer than 45 minutes away using public transportation. Cleanliness and housekeeping: They did a great job, and there was nothing to fault. Bed: It's a little too soft for our backs, so we didn't really like them. We would have liked them better if they were moderately firm. Bottom line:Do I recommend this hotel? Absolutely.

The rooms can be problematic, but good location, helpfull staff. Oh you should meet Robert, he is kind, attentive and considerate. He fully supported my vegan diet. Couldn’t make it without him. The best part of this stay was him.
