The Rooftop Terrace Bar at Doggett's Coat and Badge is the top-floor private hire space at 1 Blackfriars Bridge on the South Bank, with capacity for up to 120 standing or 40 seated guests.
This is one of the best-positioned private hire spaces in London. The panoramic views take in St Paul's Cathedral, The Shard, The City, and the Thames from an elevated outdoor terrace with glass walls, wooden decking, and potted plants. A bar sits inside the space, and the area is available for private hire only when booked — it is not open to the general public at the same time. Guests can connect their own playlist, and an external DJ can be brought in to use the in-house PA system. Complimentary WiFi, a projector and screen, tea and coffee, and morning pastries are all included. A full range of menus is available from the in-house kitchen.

The room is fully equipped for professional use with a projector and screen, TV screen, PA system, flip chart, complimentary WiFi, and views of the Thames, all included in the hire fee. Tea, coffee, bottled water, and morning pastries are provided on arrival. The layout is flexible and can be configured for theatre, boardroom, classroom, or U-shape to suit the format of the day. An in-house catering team handles all food requirements, from morning pastries through to working lunches and evening dinners, with all dietary requirements catered for. After a meeting, the venue's ground floor bar and river terrace are right there for informal drinks.
