Avenue is situated between the idyllic North London Suburbs of Golders Green and Finchley, with excellent transport links and parking availability – making it easy for your guests to reach us.

This versatile event space is perfect for a variety of events from Weddings, Family Celebrations and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs to Conferences and Seminars.

Using Avenue’s blank canvas as a backdrop, guests can create their own unique celebrations. We offer you the world of choice and endeavour to create for you an experience that you will never forget.

Avenue consists of two interconnecting suites the Madison and Park which have a contemporary and modern design and feel, incorporating specialist LED and mood lighting usually only seen and experienced in a handful of top London hotels.

Flexible and uniquely designed Avenue rooms can accommodate up to 250 guests.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation If you wish to terminate the contract or cancel the event, the cancellation must be made in writing to Avenue, and Avenue may impose the cancellation fees as listed below. Notice of cancellation (In working days) 180 days or more Nil Between 120-179 days 10% Between 90-119 days 20% Between 60-89 days 40% Between 30-59 days 60% Between 15-29 days 80% 14 days or less 90% Deposit is not refundable. Full pre-payment is required 28 days before the event; any extra charges incurred are to be paid 7 working days before the event. If these monies are not received Avenue reserves the right to cancel the event

Absolutely magical experience with The Avenue for my daughter’s Fantasyland-themed first birthday party! From start to finish, the team was incredibly responsive, flexible, and very reasonable — a rare and refreshing combination. They truly brought our whimsical vision to life, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. Working with them was an absolute pleasure, and I can’t thank them enough for making such a special day even more memorable. Special shoutout to Yordanka — she was a dream to work with! I held my daughter's henna party at The Avenue. The venue is fantastic with superb lighting and we were able to create an oriental atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for Yordanka who was present throughout the evening to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thanks also to Elena for overseeing everything. I would not hesitate to recommend The Avenue to host any celebration.
