Leonardo Royal London City, Beauchamp Suite

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The bar manager was very attentive. Both members of the reception I dealt with were very professional and offered to store our bags before check-in. When we returned from being out during the evening, it was nice to see that there was still staff on reception who were very professional, despite the late hour. It was the best stay in London I've had to date, and I plan on returning. I have already recommended this hotel to my parents. The breakfast was lovely and the coffee was delicious. The pool/spa area, as well as the changing rooms, were spotless, and we thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Second time staying at this chain first in Croydon and now here - absolutely phenomenal! Location is incredibly convenient, a 2 min walk from the tube with views of Tower Bridge. Very warm & lovely staff and they gave me a birthday treat and gave me a beautiful view on the 10th floor. Will definitely continue to stay with them. Only thing: the bathroom needs a bit of a refurb to match the rest of the hotel.

Hotel: What sets this hotel apart is the exceptional level of service. From the moment I arrived, the customer care was consistently first class from making check in extremely easy, to support with getting my luggage to the room, to organising my travel to a work conference. I appreciate these elements could be considered normal but the experience was incredibly personalised. Undoubtedly, this is the only hotel I would consider staying in when visiting London. I want to give specific appreciation to Kat Moore, Cluster Sales Manager, who deserves recognition for the professionalism and attention to detail ensured my stay was genuinely excellent, and her standards evidently reflect the quality of the hotel as a whole. You and your team will be the reason I will stay at this hotel in the near future on at least four occasions between now and Nov 2026. Location: I had an outstanding stay at the Leonardo Hotel City London. The room was exceptional in every respect, from comfort to layout, and the view of Tower Bridge was a real highlight. The location worked perfectly for my work commitments, with everything I needed close by. Breakfast: Exceptional breakfast with multiple options including an omelette made to your specifications. I have stayed at many hotels across London and this hotel is by far the best version I have experienced to date.
