Amazing place, clean luxurious next to the Tower of London and has good security. Excellent buffet breakfasts and an egg chef. Special thanks to breakfast staff Aldini , she went out of her way on 23rd May to bring me special toast to my table, and to the super helpful breakfast greeter. I will definitely re-visit . I went to this hotel to use the spa facilities. The hotel is a short distance from Tower Hill. The decor is clean and modern, and the staff are attentive and helpful, providing clear directions to the spa. The spa staff were similarly accommodating, giving me instructions along with my robe, slippers, and towel for use. The changing rooms are clean, with regular cleaners present for maintenance. The lockers are easy to use and secure. The spa area has a simple layout with clear labelling. The pool is large, and although there is only one hot tub, people are polite in its usage. There are two steam rooms of differing strengths, as well as a sauna, and showers nearby to cool down. There are a few loungers near the pool, but they tend to be taken quickly. An hour or two is recommended for a visit. The facilities are exceptional, and the prices are great for London. The only improvement would be to have more of everything on offer. Highly recommended.
