October 2024This is my favourite hotel to stay!! I’ve never had one issue staying here by any means - majority of the times I have stayed I’ve received a generous upgrade. Staff are always lovely! Rooms are just the best! Location is great even in regards to travelling to Shoreditch (15 min walk) Always greeted well even by security! I often stay within London - and this hotel stands as the best. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay make this your first choice☺️

January 2025I booked a table for 10 at this hotel for my birthday 🎂. They sent me a pre-order menu form to save us from waiting especially when it is busy. I think this is a good idea 👏We sent in the pre order form a few days before my birthday with all the menus. When we got there our names were each displayed on the table with the menu each person had ordered. As soon as we got there they served us food and everything went smoothly. The manager was also on board serving. The food was delicious and we even ordered more on the day. The prices are reasonable and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much to all the staff members from Isobel, who handled the booking and sent out the menu, the chefs, the staff who served. You made my day special.. Well done to you all, you deserve a gold medal 🥇

November 2024“Better than The Ned!” My stay wasn’t perfect. The cleaning crew forgot to clear a bin and wipe down the kitchenette counter on an occasion, but overall I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff have been attentive and friendly. Breakfast has been great. I’ll definitely be back. And yes, I’ve stayed at The Ned previously. The pomp and pretentiousness just didn’t sit well with me. Tower Suites offered good value and authenticity.

January 2025Pros: convenient to underground, close to tower, sleek and modern. Cons: tiny. Several mirrors which creating deceiving images online that it is bigger than it is, beds are awful. I travel a lot for work and I can say with confidence, that this is without a doubt the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. Our room wasn’t ready for check-in at 3. Waited in tiny lobby for 30 minutes after traveling all day and then wandering the city. Phone in room didn’t work so could not call desk for additional items needed or room service, so had to go down to lobby.

December 2024Everyone was super nice at the hotel except at breakfast the guy who took me to a table, but the check-in and check-out process takes way too long! And the elevators take too long as well so you have to wait forever. The room is huge and the location is amazing. There is a little too much to do with all the lighting. The bathroom was super large so great. Room had a desk and a vanity - would have been better to have one replaced with a table for 2 to eat meals. The kitchen was spacious but hardly stocked with anything to be able to prepare meals, and the frig was too small to store much food so had to make trips to store 3 times. The couch was hard and uncomfortable, and the bed was even harder and more uncomfortable. As nice as the room was in look and as great as the location, this hotel and room would go from 3 stars to 5 stars with just a few improvements that really matter: more comfortable mattress, small table with 2 chairs to eat, more food cooking utensils and items and a better couch in terms of comfort. My next trip I will stay at one of the Locke hotels as their kitchens though smaller are much better stocked with items for cooking and their beds are much more comfortable + there is a table to eat.
