We booked last-minute and asked for a room with a view of the Tower, if possible - and our wish was granted! We are mot grateful for that. Bus stop right outside, and tube station very close. An excellent location! We recommend a romantic walk across Tower Bridge in the evening. The shower was luxurious, best I've come across. Enjoyable buffet breakfast, too. We highly recommend this hotel.

Had a room booked for our anniversary, got upgraded to an apartment which was awesome, every square inch of the hotel including our rooms were spotless, great decor, special mention goes out to the staff, super polite, very helpful! From the cleaners to front of house they were perfect, breakfast was great, a huge selection to chose from, will Definitely come again. Highly recommended

I had another wonderful stay at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and designed for comfort — with the added bonus of a stunning view of The Shard, which is truly beautiful both by day and night. The location is unbeatable, right next to the iconic Tower Bridge and Tower of London, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city as well as for easy transport connections. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and fresh quality, a great start to the day. The service throughout my stay stood out — the staff were consistently warm, attentive, and proactive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Their positive attitude really sets the hotel apart. This was my second visit here, and I hope to have many more in the future. The only drawback I’ve found is that the hotel doesn’t currently offer a loyalty membership program, so there aren’t additional perks for frequent travelers. That said, the overall experience more than makes up for it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tower Suites to anyone visiting London.

Very close to Tower hill station, five minutes stroll to the tower of London and tower bridge. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very comfortable and large double bed. Great staff. Is good for a short one/two night visit to the city and would be ideal for a longer stay (kitchenette in room). Wish I'd known about this hotel sooner.

It was a nice experience staying at Tower Suites. I really love the location , very convenient . It close to Borough Market and a number of halal dining options ! However , I had one disappointing experience during my recent stay . Initially I booked 6 nights and later decided to extend for another 10 nights . When I called the reception , the staff on the phone mentioned that I could be upgraded even if I booked the same room , but I would need to go to the reception to arrange it . When I went down , another receptionist gave me the opposite information , saying they never offer free upgrades unless paid . This was frustrating especially since I explained that her colleague had told me otherwise ? Yet he stood by silently 😒Later when I asked to speak with the manager , I was told the upgrade was ‘not available for 10 nights ’ ??? The inconsistency was upsetting as the information kept changing . What’s confusing is that I’ve read many reviews mentioning complimentary upgrades being offered but despite staying here for 16 nights on my second visit , I was never given the same courtesy . It felt unfair and selective …. Overall I enjoyed the stay but I do hope the management ensures clearer and more consistent communication for future guests . Thank you
