We stayed for 2 nights on our recent trip exploring London for half term.The hotel was an easy walk from Waterloo Station 15 mins. It was also a good distance and nice walk into the city centre. The breakfast was buffet with lots of choice. Our daughter loved the pancake machine. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The shower was amazing and the bed huge and comfy. We would return.

My family and I were treated very well. The room was decent, although they need to add hair conditioner to the bathroom. Breakfast was good in my opinion. We were able to leave our luggage for a while after check-out to explore more of London. The room had a view of Big Ben and included a sauna. Recommended ✅
