I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff were warm, professional, and ready to help, making me feel genuinely welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with clean bedding and excellent amenities. I appreciat the high-quality toiletries and the views from the window. The location was perfect, offering convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Despite being in a central area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. outstanding customer service. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very well kept hotel with lovely rooms, clean and well maintained. We had a great view over the London skyline from the top floor, with Lambeth Palace, Big Ben and Westminster all visible. Air con throughout the hotel, which was amazing and very welcome when the weather outside was in the mid 30s! The gym is good enough to get by and not too busy, although we didn't use the sauna as it was hot enough outside, but imagine that's a nice addition in the winter. The staff at the breakfast buffet in particular were very efficient, helpful and friendly, not rushing anyone but clearing tables quickly to get people waiting through. A good selection of food available and something for everyone. A good location for public transport, we were able to get to the theatre district, soho and central London areas without issue, and even walking distance to all the above of you're up for a stroll. Overall a really lovely place to stay with great transport links and good facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service. The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming, always happy to assist with any questions or requests. The housekeeping team also did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

All in all, we were happy with our experience at this hotel. The room we were given on the 5th floor was comfortable, with a fantastic view of the Palace of Westminster, Westminster Abbey and Lambeth Palace, as well as a few other interesting sights. The staff were all fantastic, including reception, bar and breakfast colleagues. My only slight gripes would be, firstly, one or two areas need a bit of a refresh, for example, I'm not sure anyone is likely to have an iPod old enough to dock on the speaker in the room. The TV didn't have proper connectivity to allow streaming from our devices. Also, the toilets in the lobby/bar area look a bit neglected and could do with a refresh. Secondly, I wasn't particularly impressed with breakfast. I will accept, it was very busy, and the colleagues were all working hard, whilst remaining friendly and professional. However, it felt very cramped and I wasn't blown away by the selection. I've stayed at other Novotels in Greenwich, London Tower Bridge, Cambridge and Edinburgh in the last 12 months (as well as some other Accor hotels), and they were all better. The cooked selection was missing some things and needed seasoning, the bread selection wasn't fantastic and, some of the basics, like a selection of nuts, brown sauce, marmite, or even hot sauce, would have been nice. Having said all that, it was comfortable, in a great location, with great views and great staff. I'd be happy to stay here again, but I might think twice about paying extra for breakfast.
