Novotel London Waterloo, Folkestone Suite

Last week, My stay at Novotel was very comfortable, especially in terms of cleanliness. The room was spotless on arrival, with fresh-smelling linens, clean floors, and a well-sanitized bathroom. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room daily — towels were replaced, trash was cleared, and everything was neatly arranged. The common areas, including the lobby, elevators, and hallways, were also kept very clean and well organized. I appreciated how hygienic the dining and reception areas felt, which made the stay even more pleasant and stress-free. Overall, Novotel maintains high cleanliness standards, and it really shows. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who values a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.

Lovely stay for work travel. Constantine is a credit to the hotel, with a warm welcome and kind offers of help in any way to make your stay enjoyable till the moment you leave. Facilities are good with small gym and sauna, and a lovely bar area with good food if you are too tired to venture out. There isn’t a lot close by in terms of restaurants and bars. Luisa and Yamini were wonderful servers in the bar area - their hard work and positive spirits deserve much praise. Rooms are good - spacious and clean. Will choose to stay again when I can for work.
