I host regular drinks at BFI Riverfront and have enjoyed great service. Thanks very much to your staff on 24th July, especially Megan in the upstairs bar who was friendly and positive and helped move our group onto the terrace smoothly, (where it was cooler and quieter). The bar can get a little noisy and hot, but the atmopshere generally is great and the staff are wonderful. Hosting drinks and making sure everyone finds the right spot can have its stresses, so friendly, positive staff can really help make the night go well.

Very lovely place. No idea it was a cinema! Staff were great, food was lovely. Busy, but fast service.

A great place for a pre-screening aperitif: snacks and wine in this instance. The fries are crispy and cooked well; the squid is always a chilli delight. That said they do err on the expensive side for the portion size. Only downside is the service can be slow as the bar also prepares the drinks orders for the restaurant. If the place is busy you have to be prepared to wait and ensure you're not overlooked. It's a long bar. Ppl push in.
