Hilton London Olympia, Bedford

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were fantastic, kind, and attentive throughout. The room was clean, well-equipped, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very good. The location was good, and there were plenty of taxis nearby. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the on-site restaurant was also good. There was nothing significant we did not like. Overall, it was a comfortable and very satisfying stay. The gym facilities do deserve a little bit of love :(

Great location. The rooms are basic, but had everything we needed. Air conditioning, mini fridge, comfortable chair and desk. Our safe did not work and it didn't seem to be standard practise to leave toilet paper. So we had to request it regularly 🤷‍♀️

We recently stayed for two weeks at Hilton Olympia Kensington and overall had a very positive experience, especially when it comes to breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of our stay. The continental breakfast offers excellent value for money considering the variety and quality provided. Service during breakfast was consistently excellent, with staff being helpful, friendly, and efficient. A special thank you goes to Samir, who was particularly kind, helpful, and very proactive throughout our mornings. The hotel restaurant is also good, with a pleasant atmosphere and solid food options. We would also like to thank Amira for her helpful and welcoming service during our meals. Customer service throughout the hotel was further enhanced by Franciscca, who was consistently attentive and kind. The rooms are generally nice and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. However, the bed could benefit from a more comfortable mattress, as this was the only real downside for us. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, especially given the quality of breakfast and the level of customer service.
