We recently had a trip on Valentines Day to London for an event at the Natural History Museum. We hadn't intended on staying at the Hilton Olympia as we had booked a stay at an airbnb around the corner. Annoyingly, this airbnb had overbooked and had refused us any assistance so we walked to the nearest hotel which was the Hilton. Anna (the senior manager on the reception) was absolutely incredible and truly went out of her way to help us out with one of their last rooms they had available and also offered us a free breakfast. The room was delightful and the whole hotel was incredibly clean and tidy. Anna, thank you so much for your time and patience when we were having a bit of a frustrating time, your kindness was really appreciated and you made such a big difference to our stay in London, even just for the one night.

Had a great stay overall. The location is very convenient, close to bus routes and the Overground. Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were especially friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The only small thing missing was a USB-C charging option. One interaction with a reception team member on Saturday evening was a little less warm than the rest of the experience, maybe hospitality just isn’t her true calling! Still a 5-star stay for me, and I would definitely return.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Olympia in London. Even though we only stayed for one night, we were very satisfied with our experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Whenever we had a few questions, they helped us immediately and in a very uncomplicated way, which we really appreciated. The service made our stay especially enjoyable. We would definitely be happy to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Decent hotel and really convenient for Olympia. Room was a good size with coffee making facilities, but is showing its age a little now. Good breakfast (can be added for £17) with all the usual continental/English breakfast choices. I had dinner with colleagues at the restaurant and I would say it was "average". There's a few choices locally which is probably what I would recommend instead. Costa Coffee on the premises with guests getting a 15% discount.

The hotel is quite nice for a short stay. Each floor has a lot of rooms, so you may have to walk a bit to reach yours. The nearest underground station is about a 15-minute walk away, but there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around easy. The breakfast is also pretty good, with a decent selection.
