1. Rooms are not very clean 2. Insects in the room and bathroom, see photos 3. Rooms need to be updated and refurbished, dirty furniture 4. Only good thing about the room was the Air conditioning unit and clean bed 5. No manager on site to talk to, only interchanging reception staff (1 personal) 6. Unclear policy in regards to upgrading your already paid continental breakfast to add more items e.g. I was misinformed by the reception personnel, hence upon checkout I ended up paying extra about £23 for a total of only 8 fried eggs on top of my already paid continental breakfast throughout my 3 day stay!!! 7. The location of the hotel is very good to be fair 8. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all, my score is 2/10. Kind regards

My daughter was being treated for her 21st birthday. So we booked what we thought was a 4 star hotel. She called me upset and confused. No water pressure and very small amount of hot water. They had been promised a lower level floor ( due to mobility issues). But when arrived was at top of hotel with 2 flights of stairs to climb. Staff did try and help with some of the problems and was going to send maintenance to there room but by then it was going on for 9.30. I ended up paying for another hotel and they left with out staying. I tried to call them but no one available to speak to me. The manager then emailed me the next day and sis send a full apology for her and experience and we were satisfied with the responses but I do think they need to resolve some of these issues I f they want to keep there status as a 4 star hotel

Inhumane attitude of the administrators of this place. We booked a room for 4 nights six months ago. We didn't pay attention to the fact that we couldn't cancel the reservation, because we didn't expect that the war with Iran would lock us in bomb shelters without the possibility of flying out of the country. We asked the hotel management to cancel our booking and not to fine us the full amount, £368 is not a small amount, especially since we have other irrecoverable losses in connection with this situation. The person who wrote me the answer is most likely an anti-Semite. Because he wrote that their management is not interested in knowing why we are canceling the reservation, and is writing with us the entire amount. And to compensate for our losses, it was preferable to buy travel insurance. Honestly, I didn't expect such a cynical answer from a UK resident. Normal people (not useful idiots), avoid this hotel. We will survive the loss of this amount, but the hotel's reputation will be harder to restore. I am sure that this hotel will rent this room for the same dates again and earn twice as much. Peace to all
