The hotel is conveniently located near Paddington Station and Warwick Avenue, with supermarkets nearby, but the facilities are often out of order and towels and bathrobes are not replaced unless requested, and the trash is not collected. On the first day, I was given a room next to the reception desk, the shower was broken, there was no refrigerator, and I could hear the arguing with the contractor at the front desk, which was awful. I had to change rooms the next day. I don't recommend it. I stayed here solo in June 2022. Emma at the front desk was very kind.

We chose the hotel especially for its property and history and its location in a beautiful neighborhood very well connected to the rest of the city. BUT the hotel needs a lot of attention. Urgent cleaning and care. The rooms have a smell, humidity and broken furniture. The breakfast was too sad, almost non-existent fruit and terrible quality coffee. We prefer NOT to eat it. The breakfast / restaurant cannot receive guests in those conditions. As for the service, the staff was lazy and friendly in the right measure. The hotel has a lot of potential

Would not stay again hotel needs a full makeover it’s very tied and dated everywhere. Had to move rooms as toilet stopped working, kettle not working and trying to get key in the lock was a nightmare. Breakfast was poor and the room was freezing. Night staff was quiet rude but the man on desk during the day was very helpful and understood our problems and moved us to a slightly better room.
