Every Hard Rock Cafe is worth a visit and especially hear in London home of the Punk Rock. I loved to see a guitar from the Sex Pistols, Billy Idol and Jimi Hendrix. I also saw a Suit from Elton John. We tried the Burgers the food was delicious and the Waitress was really nice and friendly. We made her a bit of trouble cause paying with Card is more common than with cash.

I had the pleasure of being part of the Hard Rock Cafe's 55th anniversary celebration, providing face painting for guests throughout the event, and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was full of energy, the team was welcoming, and everyone had a fantastic time celebrating. I've also visited before to enjoy the food, and I can honestly say the burgers are absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying! Whether you're visiting for a great meal or attending one of their fantastic events, I highly recommend Hard Rock Cafe. Thank you for having me as part of your special celebration—I look forward to working with you again at future events!

Booked bottomless brunch with friend, our seats were fab, great vibe, the food was delicious…..HOWEVER, the bottomless brunch (BB) was a pretty dire experience. 1st drink arrived 15mins after being seated (time matters on a BB!), despite there being multiple wonderful drinks on the BB menu (one of reasons we booked…..) we were told we had to stick to the first drink ordered throughout with no other choices being allowed (this came direct from the manager). Service on drinks was v slow, we had a third drink and then told no more drinks were allowed & time was up. We were less than an hour into a 90mins BB….. After querying this, the manager then said we were allowed a further drink, and to apologise, sent a cocktail (Hurricane) with two straws for myself & buddy to share (it was delicious). We weren’t given any more drinks, nor were we asked. As BB’s go (and we’ve done a few in London), this experience was pretty poor, the booking was ‘bottomless’, the menu was clear with ‘bottomless’, but it definitely felt like we were restricted on the number of drinks Hard Rock would allow us to order. If it’s a set menu, then that’s different, but don’t advertise as a BB and provide something else. Couldn’t fault the food, location, vibe but if BB’s are your thing, give Hard Rock a swerve, others do it so much better, and cheaper £££ in London.

We've been coming here every so often for year and can see a decline in the upkeep of the place, the food is still as good as ever, drinks are as expected and this time our server was very good. Unfortunately the place needs cleaning and fixing up, the toilets were disgusting, you could smell them even when walking down the stairs, missing toilet seat just poor maintenance and maybe lack of staff to do the jobs required. Maybe should start going the one of the other Hard Rock Cafes to see if better or if this is becoming standard at the restaurants
