Q: What’s included in the venue hire price?

An exclusive hire gives you the entire venue, ground floor and mezzanine, multiple bars, performance stage, and dining areas, for up to about 400 guests. Included are concert-quality sound and lighting, microphones, screens/projectors, iconic memorabilia, furniture reconfiguration, and full staffing across bar, kitchen, and service.

Q: Does the venue provide catering, or can I bring my own food and drinks?

Hard Rock provides all food and beverage with packages ranging from three-course meals to canapé receptions and drink bundles. External catering isn’t allowed (specialty cakes by arrangement); tastings and menu planning are included.

Q: Can I decorate or brand the venue for my event?

With a full buyout you can extensively brand the space, pillar wraps, screen content, custom entrance features, balloons, and linens, while preserving our memorabilia. Our team will plan safe installation and any overhead elements.

Q: Is the venue accessible, and does it have parking or nearby transport links?

The main floor is step-free; we arrange lift access for multi-level events as needed. There’s no on-site parking, but Green Park and Hyde Park Corner stations are close, taxis can drop at Old Park Lane, and a nearby secure car park is about five minutes’ walk.

Q: What is the venue’s pricing structure (e.g. minimum spend, dry hire, or package options)?

Exclusive hire is based on a minimum spend, starting around £20,000 for a weeknight evening—with all F&B counting toward it. We can also price per person to meet the minimum while keeping costs transparent.

Visited the Hard Rock Cafe for the first time and had a great experience. I tried the buffalo wings and they were really tasty, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The atmosphere was amazing, lively but still comfortable, with great music and vibes. Staff were friendly and service was fast. Overall a very enjoyable visit, I’d definitely come back again.

We visited as a family and had a great experience. We ordered half a rack of ribs, one kids’ cheeseburger, three adult burgers, and some nachos. Everything was very tasty and well served. We really liked the place: it has a calm and pleasant atmosphere, with a noise level that allows you to have a conversation comfortably. It’s also very close to the underground station, which is very convenient. Prices felt quite reasonable for London and for a place like this, with burgers around £20. The total bill came to around £120, and the service charge (gratuity) was already included. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended, especially for families. We would definitely come back. 🎸🍔

Last city on our month long Euro/Uk trip hitting up every Hard Rock along the way and this location was by far the best experience. It was my birthday this past November when we went to the original location. We took a tour of the vault first and met the most informative and enthusiastic vault keeper, as a music lover this was so amazing. Dinner was great and the host was wonderful, they even brought me a birthday sundae with the whole restaurant singing. At the end of our meal the vault keeper stopped by our table to chat some more about the history of the cafe and all the legends who’ve walked through the door as well as some tips of locations to visit that us music lovers would appreciate. Hands down BEST tour we have EVER had !!! Thanks for making our last stop on our tour ( and birthday) the most memorable

Great food and absolutely excellent service! The staff was very friendly, attentive and professional. The atmosphere is a bit hectic, but that’s probably normal for such a popular and iconic place. The only thing I missed was a big sign clearly showing Hard Rock Cafe London — it would have been perfect for taking a photo with my cocktail in front of it. Overall a great experience, we really enjoyed our visit
