Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the booking will render the Hire Fee or any other pre-payment forfeit according to the following scale of charges: If 3 months to 6 months notice of cancellation is given then 25% of the Total Hire Charge will be charged to the Hirer. If 1 month to 3 months notice of cancellation is given then 50% of the Total Hire Charge will be charged to the Hirer. If more than 2 weeks and less than 1 month’s notice of cancellation is given then 75% of the Total Hire Charge will be charged to the Hirer. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then 100% of the Total Hire Charge will be charged to the Hirer.

Friendly team Great food Comfy seats Really nice and elegant atmosphere inside. Mac & cheese bites are delicious Amazing service, Being able to order food & drink to your seat before. Gets brought out with minimal distraction

We held my son's birthday party at Curzon Cinema in Wimbledon, and it was a fantastic experience. The team was so organised and communicated with us throughout the planning process to ensure everything went smoothly. On the day, everyone at the venue was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for making my son's birthday so special!

I did love the Curzon and have been to all of them over the years. However, my last experience @ Wimbledon to see the Devil wears Prada 2 cost me an eye watering £18.45 ticket for a senior matinee performance. When I questioned it I was told the prices had just gone up...what, to almost double? On further Investigation I find the pricing policy confusing as it's not clear. I just got the feeling that because of the film I saw that Curzon premium priced it as it knew there would be a high volume of customers to see it and maximised the ticket sales. I know times are hard but really don't penalise your patrons. I've contacted you twice about this and you haven't responded, which is just rude and unprofessional really. I think I deserve some kind of response even if it's to say bugger off! I have been a member of the BFI for many years and have considered membership for Curzon to see more regular films but that will now never happen. The lack of response from you is atrocious. Why can't you respond?
