There was a very odd experience to earn the two star and although I didn’t speak to customer services I have been a few times and happy to report now a 5 star; did have a couple of problems but the manager guy has been first class. Refurb makes it an excellent place to enjoy a movie.

I’ve got to give 5* feedback to the Wimbledon branch as that’s exactly how it feels compared to the Odeon next door. Hardly any ticket price difference, but a much better overall experience with much more comfortable seating, cleaner bathrooms, lovely bar area and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Single best cinema, hands down. Upstairs, tucked away, lovely lounge with wine and light food and wonderful friendly staff. And then the best part: the seats are more comfortable than my (ridiculously-overpriced) sofa and a nice waitress will take your order right from your seat. Probably the only cinema that is more comfortable than watching a movie at home :)

Love this small gem of a cinema. 3 screening rooms (just revamped with 'business class' style reclining seats. Lovely team managing. Drinks and snacks now served to your seat. As a movie buff (with Curzon Cult membership) it's always a delight to go to this Curzon.

Recently visited for the first time. There was an issue with customer service but this was immediately rectified and I believe Curzon genuinely care about cinema and the people that visit them. My only criticism is that Curzon seems to cater for a particular crowd, and it would be great to see more efforts to cater for an audience as diverse as its film selections. i.e. pay what you can screenings, school-led initiatives, etc.
