Amber's is a multi room, state of the art venue in the heart of Manchester's academic and business district. consisting of a 600 and 400 capacity room with adjoined restaurant on the ground level, the venue caters to multi-purpose events for up to 1200 delegates. Room 1 Room One is Amber’s dedicated live venue and a fully equipped club space. It features a state-of-the-art L'Acoustic sound system, ensuring exceptional audio quality for every event. The room includes a spacious 8 x 5-meter extendable stage and a customisable lighting system with 32 Chauvet fittings, allowing for dynamic event setups. A mezzanine overlooks the main floor, serving as a VIP or breakout area. This elevated space enhances the live and club experience while also offering an ideal vantage point for filming and streaming, with full recording capabilities available. Full in house lighting and sound package available. Catering and drinks packages A full range of draught, packaged, premium spirits and wines are availableas well as custom, bespoke packages. We offer exclusive access to a bespoke menu service from our partner restaurants Madré, Medlock Canteen, Doug’s and Belzan.

Cancellation policy
Full liability will continue until we receive a letter of cancellation by post. Our cancellation policy and relevant chargers apply from the point of Booking. Amber’s Club Limited reserves the right to cancel your Event if the Terms and Conditions are not adhered to or if payment schedules are not maintained. The letter of cancellation must be signed by the lead promoter/hirer. Cancellation is confirmed on receipt of the letter by Amber’s Club And not by the date of posting by the Client. The Client will still be liable for any charges incurred within this period. We will use reasonable endeavours to “re sell” the date to another promoter, however you must pay us any losses and costs we suffer because of the cancellation, which were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract was entered into, whether or not we are able to resell the date. Depending on when you cancel, the cancellation charges you must pay shall be determined as below, and you must pay the charges within 20 working days of our invoice: • The 50% deposit will not be refunded. • Between 12 and 6 months prior to your booked date, the cancellation charge is 50% of the total venue hire fee. • Less than 6 months prior to your booked date, the cancellation charge is 75% of the total venue hire fee. • Less than 1 month prior to your booked date, the cancellation charge is 90% of the total venue hire fee. Amber’s Club reserves the right to cancel any Booking or to offer alternative facilities without any liability on its part in the event of: • Any occurrence beyond the reasonable control of Amber’s Club which shall prevent it from performing its obligations in connection with the Booking. • If the Booking might, in the opinion on Amber’s Club prejudice the reputation of Amber’s Club. • If the Client is more than 30 days in arrears of Payments to Amber’s Club. • If Amber’s Club becomes aware of any alteration in the Client’s financial situation.

Absolutely amazing night!! Bouncers Are really lovely and very helpful especially Stephen, and the other bouncer that allowed me to use his charger so I book a taxi home! Atmosphere is lively and entertaining as soon as you walk in, drinks are reasonable price considering we was at an event! Big thanks and respect to all the team at ambers tn! ❤️amazing place and definitely recommend going

Went for a techno night a few weeks ago. I found the sound system poor compared to other venues in Manchester. I was expecting a bit more of an industrial and high end experience. The venue seemed quite tired and I didn’t find it much different to when it was Canvas (the previous occupiers). The toilets are especially poor - ultra bright with the cleaner banging on the door interrupting my wee. DJ didn’t really seem to read the room and it was largely a student crowd. Staff were friendly and welcoming though, and I found the drinks prices reasonable. I think it has potential, but the no lineups and cheap tickets seem to attract a very young crowd.
