Holiday Inn Manchester West, Quay Suite One Or Two

We stayed at this Holiday Inn a few weeks ago by chance after having a surprisingly bad experience with a nearby AirBnB such that we felt unable to stay there due to safety concerns. From the moment we contacted the reception through until the very end, the service from the staff was beyond our expectations. Wiktoria was especially helpful on the first day. We travelled with a 10 week old baby, and she personally helped us with everything ensuring that we had everything that we needed and were comfortably settled into our room. Once we realised the room we had chosen wasn’t big enough, she again personally moved most of our luggage and the baby cot so that we could put the baby to sleep straight away. We also have coeliac disease and were pleasantly surprised not just at the kitchen’s safety, but also how great the food was. We ordered room service the first day and had breakfast every morning. The chef and wait staff clearly understood practices to prevent cross-contamination, and the food was plentiful and delicious. We picked this hotel initially in haste because it was close to our previous accommodation and had availability, but I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

First time staying here Stayed for one night only Easy to drive too only a couple of minyfrim motorway. Used Uber to get to arena area which was only a 10 minute drive to a weather spoons near the Arena. Room nice and clean breakfast was included with our price which was a nice buffet service with plenty of options. Will definitely be using this hotel again as it has free car parking for your stay duration as too .you just need to register car when checking in which the check in staff made sure we did ..

Lift not working was a bit of a negative especially as travelling with somebody with limited mobility, but alternative ground floor room was provided.
