Throughout summer, the courtyard is a perfect spot for drinks in the sun, in the winter it offers a camp to Manchester's most atmospheric venue, The TeePee.
The TeePee is open from October to March, making it a perfect spot for any occasion. From a full buyout to sectioned-off private hire, it makes a great location to host any party, wedding, or corporate event. You can build your perfect event from live music to festive dining to our iconic Hog Roast.

From a full TeePee buy out, to sectioned off private hire, The Oast House TeePee is the perfect location to host your Party, Wedding, Christmas event or a night out to remember with friends and colleagues. The TeePee is open from October to March, making it the perfect spot for any occasion or party this winter. The new TeePee allows us to cater for Group bookings of up to 400! Cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for a private space, peak hours, group bookings or special occasion. If the reservation is cancelled, and more than 24 hours' notice is provided, we may be able to move the deposit onto a new date within 30 days of your original reservation date whereby you can re-book your experience/meal with us – subject to our availability. If the reservation is cancelled in less than 24 hours then the deposit will be forfeited.

Didn’t have food. Amazing atmosphere, we sat outside listening to the live music. Very busy so ordered table service on the QR code this was great speedy delivery of drinks . Fantastic vibe!!!

Went with a friend the other week and i would recommend the food as it was amazing. However the atmosphere was completely ruined as we overheard a server be dug into by someone i am guessing was management. The way that manager talked to that young man was awful and even after that he came to our table and gave the best service i have received in the city centre for a while. I can appreciate tough love but for that poor server to be dug into so loudly is just awful. Do better!!
