It is a good looking work space, but no maintenance is done when things get broken. The light bulbs in booths don't get changed for months which makes the booth out of use unless you want eye strain, wobbly tables in booths and co- working spaces are not fixed and this limits the number of work stations available. Wall plugs and charges in some booths do not work which is pointless for an office space. They have a cleaning lady who operates after hours who does not seem to do a good job. The booths don't get hoovered or cleaned as crumbs from the previouse day are still present and stains on the tables. No extra cleaning equipment is supplied for individuals to clean the spaces ourself although this should not have to be the case considering how much we pay monthly. On a positive the internet connection is good. There are lots of other competitively priced work spaces available around the city centre area that are maintained better and are cleaner and cheaper.
