I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff on Sunday afternoon. I was visiting a company inside the building for a scheduled appointment. When I arrived, I clearly explained the purpose of my visit, but the receptionist refused to let me enter without giving me a clear explanation. What made the situation even more confusing was that, shortly afterwards, two other groups arrived with the same purpose of visiting companies inside the building. After they explained why they were there, they were allowed to enter without any issues. If the building has a policy that no visitors are allowed in without prior authorisation, I would completely understand and respect that. However, it appeared that the rule was applied only to me, while others in the exact same situation were treated differently. I don’t know why I was singled out, but the inconsistency and the receptionist’s attitude left me feeling embarrassed and unfairly treated. I hope the management looks into this and ensures that all visitors are treated equally and professionally in the future

If I could give 0 stars I would, please read carefully the terms and conditions before you rent an office here, they have a lot of hidden charges that they will charge you later on, the staff at this place were lovely but the company itself is so bad I will never ever recommend to anyone. One of the biggest issues was the auto-renewal clause. If you are not fully aware of the notice periods and contract terms, you can find yourself tied into an agreement for much longer than expected. My advice to anyone considering renting here is to read every document carefully and ask for all fees, notice periods, renewal terms, and cancellation policies in writing before signing anything. What appears straightforward at first can end up being far more restrictive and expensive than expected.
