Very nice staff, great location and excellent prices! The girl who checked us in was super helpful. The hotel is quiet and in a good location. The breakfast was varied and plenty of it really good value for money.

I stayed there last weekend and was but apprehensive after reading previous reviews. Yes the rooms need a little bit of renovation but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Good location. Fantastic hard working staff. Loads of restaurants within walking distance. As for the noisy guests I heard one arguement that lasted few mins. Rest of the stay peaceful. Getting there by public transport very easy. 10.min walk from metro station definitely stay again

Stayed here for 2 nights mid week in February. Ideal if you are going to a concert at the glasshouse. Beds are comfortable and breakfast was included in our price. Breakfast had a reasonable choice and very friendly staff. Rooms OK with good towels but niggle stuff like no hook on the back of the door. Same in the bedroom eg bedside ligh5 on o e side but not the other. Wifi was good. Overall, I would recommend this place if the location suits your purpose and you do not want to spend a lot of money. Easy to walk into newcastle centre but, equally, there is a convenient bus service as well. There is onsite car p buttons costs £10 per night.
