This is a big hotel with all the advantages of that. Everything works. The room we had was spacious and impeccably clean. At the same time the hotel staff was very welcoming and made us feel at ease, really nice! The breakfast was excellent. The best breakfast on our trip. We traveled with public transport. This is not in the center. But the bus service is quite good, bus number six takes you from the hotel to the center, we bought family day tickets for ten. The hotel room had an empty fridge that we could use for the stuff we wanted to keep cool. I liked that. You won't miss the minibar, there are bigger fridges with all kinds of things at the reception and they have a real bar as well. With windows open you hear a bit of the traffic with windows closed it was quiet. I highly recommend this hotel it is very good.

Best hotel we ever experienced, they welcomed us for our wedding anniversary. Made our room extra special with complimentary treats such as drinks, chocolates and other goodies. There was a lovely message on the mirror display and romantic towel origami's on bedding. The room has a mini fridge, hairdryer, iron, safe, kettle and expresso machine. The shower is modern with complimentary toiletries. The swimming pool was good and 30 minutes allowance fair and enough for guest. The Gym was superb, it had nearly a good range of equipment's and free weights. The car park is spacious and only cost £6 for the whole 24 hours. Fruits and biscuits are complimentary for guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to visit and stay in Oxford.

Nice reception, good gym facilities, and the indoor pool was lovely. Loved having the option to cast via the TV, which was a nice touch. However, only one small bottle of water was provided for two people on arrival. The bathroom/toilet was very "TINY", and the barrier on the bathtub wall made it difficult to move around. The room itself was good, but the bathroom definitely needs renovation. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and shower door, and the bathtub had rust, which wasn’t pleasing to see when stepping in. May cause injury if not sorted.
